Homec Blog post

This term we have been looking at a cultural unit

So far I have learned that... there are different kinds of food and taste every cultural.
I know I have learned this because we learned it and cook their food.
Practicals we have made these terms are the Fish and chips, sushi, scones, souvlaki, pizza and Padthai they are originally from Japan, British, Thailand, Greece, and Italy.
But have made it to NZ by conquering to new Zealand and immigration.
Skills I have learned from the practicals are cutting the ingredients and the separateness of the chopping board and I will use these in the future by cooking in the kitchen or being a chef.
Working with other people in my group has been great and teamwork.
